Some good ideas, but room for improvement

The opportunities are endless, but they fail to recognize talent and jobs well done. The pay is based on the job performed, which can be all over the place, up and down, again, depending on the job performed. That makes it very difficult to budget at home. They are very business focused, which is great for profit, but need to be more employee focused as they are the ones performing the work that bring the profits. If employees are happy, policy accounts would be reduced. Happy employees lead to happy customers which lead to customer loyalty which leads to increased sales and customer satisfaction which lead to increased profits. When Home Run realizes that, everyone will be happier.
Seems to be a lot of turnover, poor people skills and hiring processes. Good people plugged into bad processes.
