The company is willing to teach about different dietary needs based on residents in the home. gave freedom for creativity, management is good, the hardest part of the job is making sure every resident gets the proper food based on dietary requirements. the best part of the job is the quality of life it allows for ( no late night, early mornings however - more ... out by 3pm) - less
