Beautiful campus. Poor upper management. More concerned about advancing their own careers. Unwilling to assist new employees and those wanting to learn/grow. New mandates from CEO on a regular basis, but no time to plan effective implementation of said mandates. Repeated favoritism from management. Humiliation encouraged for those not part of the inner management circle. Turnover for staff is very high overall. It's such a shame that this culture is tolerated given the beauty of the campus and the strentgh of the name as a brand.
If the new CEO does not take charge of the home, I feel that all of the hard work in making such a beautiful place will have a terrible reputation. There has to be change not tomorrow. NOW.
I feel that it could improve by treating employees that put their heart and soul into caring for the children with value and acknowledgement.

The resident section is not working to help the children achieve a better future. They are basically "warehousing" them and receiving money to do so.
