HA is a $7-9bil Corporation that has a tremendous attrition rate. Training is extremely poor, the sales software is primitive, and the equipment and technology is outdated and often glitches. Cross-training is also needed. They hire a lot of bright individuals with a great deal of talent, but it cannot keep them. They have the wrong people managing - more ... and they under utilize the talent right under their nose. The membership is poorly structured and they, as a corporation, seem to step over dollars to pick up pennies. - less
ProsWonderful people
ConsPoorly run, poorly managed
