HomeAdvisor is an overall great company to work for.
THIS IS A SALES JOB. Apart from hitting sales goals and quotas, you must maintain efficiency and this job requires time and effort input. That means, sometimes staying in late to learn, improve, and hit sales goals. Management is mostly great and the culture is the best of all, really is the best setting with the best perks, with fantastic people and events and outstanding commission plans/incentives.
The hardest part of the job is of course hitting your numbers consistently every pay period. Work hard! You must quickly decide and know where you stand. You need to accept and learn the product, follow the system, and help keep momentum. Management is very supportive and will help you hit numbers! At the end of the day, the people, for the most part, are what make this place so worthwhile.
