In the US, you get 4 weeks' paid time off, 7 holidays, and 3 floating holidays you can use any time throughout the year. You also get 1 week of sick time off. Your vacation and sick time start accruing on your first paycheck, so you have accrued one week of vacation after your first 3 months.

We have several locations in Austin. Depending on the team you join, you could be at Penn Field in south Austin, at the downtown office, or at the Domain.
Most job postings will include the exact location, but please don't hesitate to ask your recruiter or contact during the hiring process about which office the role you're applying for is located.

The length of time from application to hire varies across roles, however you can expect between 3-5 weeks. Generally, once your application has been reviewed and there is a potential match, a recruiter will contact you to conduct a phone screen. Assuming that goes well, you'll either have an online assessment next, or a technical phone screen. After that, there are onsite interviews at our offices.
Again, the process really depends on the role you're applying for, but this is a general outline of the process.

Hi! We do have some people who work remotely from time to time, but it's rare to hire a completely remote person for any role. Once you're in role, it depends on the department you're in, and your manager's philosophy. It's best to ask this question during the interview process for the position you're applying to.
