It is barely obtaining a culture - slowly trying to get employees to bond and barely started a "MVP" for free lunch appreciate - no sense of motivation for anyone outside of Sales Position. As in no further increase for bonus or commission pay unless youre in a sales position. NO way to add a bonus or commission structure if you don't get it yet unless youre a new sales person/loan officer.
