What is a typical day like for you at the company?

Micromanaged by management who have no clue what is going on with the details behind the projects.They like to take credit from the people who have done the ground work to help develop the projects to give them a running start to make themselves look good then try to throw you away like trash.
Poorly managed from top to bottom. Will feel like a fish thrown out of water being stared at while gasping to breath with nothing or no one to help you.
