New management is terrible

As a pool attendant, the job wasn't bad. Part time, temporary for the summer with set hours. Nice to be able to socialize with fellow residents while working. Makes it very homey and community driven.
However, once management changed, everything did. No set hours so it was hard to plan your own summer fun. Management knowingly let others milk - more ... the clock and not take the same responsibilities as everyone else. Same pay for everyone, but not the same work load for everyone.
