Productive and laid back workplace with a diverse set of employees.
The job was an overall good job. Work was very direct. We'd work, and sometimes we would have a meeting, but that was usually it. This job taught me everything I needed to learn about telemarketing and dealing with customers in general. As far as workplace culture went, it was very "laid-back" if I had to use a term to describe it.
