Management is lazy and work you like dogs. Pay was way too low for the work you do. Can be stressful as they constantly push you to work faster and faster

The Job is so tough, I had to take packages from the line to different pallets all day long and it gets overwhelming, and you have no support whatsoever.
Engagement Coordinator in Gahanna, OH

There is always something to do, but it gets repetitive and tiring really fast. High turnover rate. Great job for highschoolers, looking to get in to the workforce. The pay is not great.
Store Manager in Longview, TX

Too much micro management. Too much time spent on audits and paperwork. Out of date technology. Things take twice as long to do compared to other companies. All in all a really annoying company to work at. Not what you would think merchandising. It's not a typical retail store, nor is it like it's sister store tjmax. Expect to live there.
Intern in Glendora, CA

It was a summer job but overall fine job and fine pay. The breaks are short however (about 15 minutes or so) which doesn’t give me a good amount of time to finish lunch.
