Have to be successful to make money. Take in the training and attack it out in the field. If you’re lazy or unmotivated, it’ll be hard for you to make money here. You got to have the drive to succeed.

You get promoted based on your work ethic and what you've been doing for the company and not your time spent here same thing with raises but you will get a 9 week review, a 6 month review, and a 12 month review.

Very bad. They said during the interview my hours would be 10-6 Monday- Friday. In reality on the first day we found out the hours are much longer. We have to arrive at 9 and go onto a van everyday with other people and are completely at the mercy of the driver. If something happened and you had to go somewhere, do an errand at lunch etc. You wouldn't be able to. You walk around neighborhoods until 7pm at night then get picked up and driven back to the office with everyone
