Started as a community manager, advanced to sales manager, then to corporate trainer, then to regional manager in a space of approximately 5 years. During the time I worked for them we were the largest REIT for manufactured housing in the United States.

One of the best companies in the industry

Great company to work for in senior management and would have worked for Hometown today if we did not sell the company to ELS in 2011. 95% of the company was sold and their plan was to get out of the industry completely until they could not sell the remaining properties. The pension that owned 95% of the company was looking for an exit plan.
