Good Management

Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
The management was very kind and attentive. The company has good training. Jobs and schedules can vary. Pay is average but work can be hard for the pay.

Not many clients

There weren't many clients available near me with hours I was looking for. The owner was friendly, but the communication wasn't there. The clients I did end up working with were very kind which made the workdays pleasant.

The job has its moments but you do the best to your ability.

What is the best part of working at the company? The pay is about accurate. They seem to struggle finding patients for you to see. Not sure if I would recommend them to anybody at this moment. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The company finding you clients to work with. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It’s about mid to mod I’d say. Too early to tell at this point. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Well it’s about average with any agency. They try to bring you in and tell you what you wanna hear.

Great work hard job

Healthcare jobs are stressful no matter where you work. If you have constant communication with your clients and staff it’s an okay place. Great place if you are self motivated and require little micromanagement.

No benefits

There is no benefits and the pay sucks. People with less experience make more money and they don’t appreciate their employees. The office people never check in on the clients the care plans are never accurate or anything

Pros

Flexible scheduling

Cons

No benefits and low pay

Please read the low star reviews

I think this has to be the worst home health care company to work for. You have to be skeptical of a company that hires you on the spot, that lets you know that they’re looking for bodies. Due to having more clients than staff. No matter your experience, the starting pay is 15.00 , which is lower than most companies. They give you this whole speech about how flexible they are. THAT’S FALSE, if you don’t work the shifts that they want you to work definitely expect attitude! You can tell them your availability, and you can see that they have shifts within your availability. Unfortunately because you didn't work the shifts that they wanted you to work, those shifts aren't available. The communication from upper management is terrible! No one ever knows what’s going on fromone person to the next. I would not recommend working at this unorganized/dysfunctional place. Don’t believe me? Apply here and you’ll see.

Good company to work for. Everyone in the office is nice and understanding. The clients are nice but the family makes it hard to help clients needs sometimes.

great team

I have really enjoyed working for Home watch, typical day is jumping into a clients routine and getting things done. Office is reasonable and fun to be apart of, a very independent job structure which I LOVE! call the office when you need them and they'll help you out!

Pros

nice clients, good staff, great pay, fun environment

One of the worst employer's I've had

No training is provided(your given an app and just sent out to take care of people) , erratic and unpredictable schedule, main office non responceive(24hour phone number is a joke), no support/follow-up/feedback given,

Productive and fun place

The management was so nice to me, and they care about their workers. Is a nice place to work. The clients I work with are nice to, they listen to me .

Not the greatest, low hours, usually two- three hours average per client.

You'll receive low hours, usually two- three hours average per client. Be ready to have an ear to your phone for constant 'pings', lots of call-outs, that you can go after then. Difficult to make much in the two week pay-period, unless you're running after every open schedule.

Pros

Clients reside in most cities and towns nearby.

Cons

Beats a car up.
