Too many hours of work.No time for family.High pressured work environment.Pure commission only, but loved and looking forward to go to work.Earned good money, but is a tough work. You will miss out on family time, but very competitive yet very great work environment. Trainings all the time and well compensated for job done.Compensation is not well defined

What used to be great pay and benefits has been slipping over the last decade. Great people to work with but the company as a whole seems to have lost its focus on its workers.
Line Leader in Bremen, GA
on June 24, 2022
Management there does not care about there employees well-being at all, they are lazy and don't want to come out of the office. Even if you are in need of medical attention.
Frame Assembler in Greensburg, IN
on June 22, 2022
I worked in weld and the job wasn't difficult, just tedious. They try to combat the tediousness by rotating workstations and it helped. The pay was fair and most of the time there was OT available. Overall it wasn't a bad place to work at least it wasn't in weld. I couldn't say when it comes to the assembly line I didn't work it but a couple of times and it's a lot of going in and out of the cars coming down the line.
Associate in Lincoln, AL

Constant overtime, swing shifts, 2 10’s and a 30, lines never stop running constantly on your feet 8-10 hours a day with very little time to even get a sip of water. No communication whatsoever no one knows what’s going on, good pay though.
