First-You’re contacted by Honeywell’s outside recruiter for a telephone interview. Second-If the recruiter feels that you a good candidate for the position they will forward your application to the department that you applied to hiring manager. Third-You will have a phone interview with the hiring manager. Fourth-If the hiring manager thinks you’re a good candidate you will be asked to come in for a face to face interview. Fifth-You have a face to face interview with both the hiring manager and a human resource rep. Sixth-If you’re selected for the position the recruiter will send you both an email and text on instructions on how to access your job offer letter, complete the prehire checklist items (background check, drug test, and etc).
