I would give my employees the option to work overtime instead of working them to death. I dont want any of my eployees passing on me and quitting because there not getting no days off

Give the operators a stronger voice after all they are the ones making the products and the company money. Not taking away from all of the in betweens but sometime the most important people at the plants are looked at like least important and have no input but without them you don't have a plant.
