Rescind Aero's decision to eliminate employees working remotely. I was hired as a Supplier facing Supplier Development Engineer. I am to that I can no longer work remotely and if I don't relocate to specific Honeywell sites, I will be terminated. This policy should be rescinded;

Listen to the needs of the customers as relayed by the sales people who work with them every day. Move away from a 'box pusher' mentality and move to a "what can I build that you would buy" business plan. The salespeople are your life blood that creates the revenues. Respect them. Listen to their needs and reward them. They will return your investment 100 fold.
