Cost-cutting meetings every week. Big push to make all projects complete by March. Last three years constant doubt if employment will last. Very depressing. India is taking over and their culture is very different. If I was a young fellow I would probably look for any place else to work

Work is non-stop. You even work on weekends. Work days average 10-12 hours per day. No training and resources are scarce. Benefits are terrible. Expectations from management are unreasonable. There is no work life balance.
