Pt ratios are high and work can be daunting, but great supportive manager and supervisor made tough days bearable. Epic charting is awesome, one of the few organizations in phoenix to utilize it.

The staff has been supportive and encouraging as a new graduate. Patient ratios do seem high but compare to most hospitals in the valley. A lot of online and in person training.

They're constantly looking to improve and treat their employees nicely. Yearly raises and incentives happen. Management tries to listen and improve themselves.

Overall good company to work for. There are resources available. I enjoyed working here on the observation unit. Staff and managers are friendly. Training was adequate.
Registered Nurse in Phoenix, AZ
on November 18, 2023
I worked for Honor Health for 15 years. The only reason I left is because we moved. I would go back in a second if I lived closer. I worked in 4 different departments and loved all but one. Multiple opportunities to learn new specialties and advance career. Every area has its pros and cons, but overall it was a great place to work.
