HR needs to take exit interviews seriously regarding leadership/management. Investigate why such high turnover in the pre-services department already! Several people have gone to you, do something!!!
They should all leave. We have had good people quit, because of poor management. I don't know how these type of people, make it to the top, and then make everyone else miserable!
Current management. and those in high positions, ALL need to be fired, and those who actually work and are in the know, need to be promoted.

Food and beverage managers need training or a degree in management! All of them used to be dishwashers or cooks and now they have a little authority and feel they can treat people like garbage! Phill and Mary pat are the worst!!
