I wouldn't waste my time unless you really need ANY job. It's a sweat shop at best & the pay doesn't come close to the hard work performed. There's little to no room for advancement.

Upper management is a failure and is costing the company millions of dollars with bad management decisions which then cost the employees hard ship and cut backs. No loyalty to staff, massive turnover rate the Houston plant has a bad reputation and is just a job at best if you want to work in a sweat shop. 😓

Changing hours on a constant basis, some real bullshyt. Management claims they want there workers to enjoy family time, we worked 12 hours a day mon. Thru Friday. No weekends. But now take our weekends and we still stuck working 50 plus hours a week.
