About Hope Community Services
Hope Community Services (HCS) started in 1986 as West Valley Child Crisis Center (WVCCC) providing emergency shelter services for children who had been neglected, abused, or abandoned. In 2018, WVCCC became Hope Community Services to better reflect our mission. HCS serves children and families through our child welfare and behavioral health programs –
HCS exists to help children and families through our trauma-informed, evidence-based programs.
