DSP/Caregiver (Current Employee) –  Williamsport, PAFebruary 16, 2019
No breaks or lunch break. High stress and responsible for the health and safety and welfare are clients with little support from management. Any allegation of wrong doing results in immediate suspension with or without cause. Unfair and inconsistent disciplinary actions.

Company has declined in the last 7 years. Less about individuals and more about management.

DSP (Direct Support Professional) (Current Employee) –  Danville, PAAugust 25, 2019
This is a good job. Management could use some improvement. Job is easy. Just like what you do at home. You do some outings. Trainings are also part of your hours.

Rewarding work
Professional Support Staff (Current Employee) –  Williamsport, PAJanuary 9, 2018
The work is rewarding but like most non-profits the pay is on the low side. You have to be calm and collective because there can be many challenges present with this job.
