Working for Hope Group has shown me what passion for a certain field looks like. They want their employees to advance and pursue things. Overall, I think it would be great to see more community and involvement/team building within the company. The field can be isolating at times and all the more reason to build your team up. Also, some new HR policies are valid and needed but would love to see them presented more personally/as a meeting allowing room for questions. My schedule is pretty full which is a huge plus but makes rescheduling sessions difficult and there is an expectation/follow up to reschedule sessions when possible. I’m sure that applies at all companies and is easier for techs with lighter schedules. I think any and all companies have faced a lot of adversity during covid and post pandemic is probably just has hard to navigate as things evolve so kudos to them for doing it all with a positive and welcoming energy.

HOPE Group is a great place for anyone who is looking to work outside of an office, as most responsibilities are completed at the client's home. Driving can become cumbersome, as you will have to drive from client to client and a great part of the day can be spent on the road. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times, so if anyone needs support they will find it.
