Started off great, but quickly declined.
I started out loving my job, the kiddos, my co-therapists, and the company itself. Fast forward to 10 months in: Management is all over the place. They have their favorites, and pick and choose when/who to enforce the rules with. The turnover rate has doubled in the last 5 months. They overurilize their good therapists, and run them ragged.
More - more... times than not, we are overstaffed, or understaffed, and people get sent home. It is extremely difficult to get near 40 hours. On average, we get about 30-35 hours. Very negative environment overall. With the rapid expansion of the company, it see ... - less
ProsThe kiddos are by far the best part, 88 hours of PTO, 9am-4:30pm/ Weekends off, Paid training/certification/recertification/CPR
ConsNo break room for therapists (We eat lunch in our cars, or with our kids), Never staffed properly (always understaffed, or overstaffed), Low pay, no advancement in pay/career opportunities, Incredibly negative environment, Poorly managed
