Busy , demanding , increased patient load without increase in pay , peers fantastic management not so much .

Very busy constantly asking for you to take on more admits but after 2 years no increase in pay. Most nurses either quit or advance there degree and move on . Only permanent staff work in office or in Hospice or pediatric side.

Office staff is a little cliquish, Otherwise the patients are great some of best OT, PT, and CNA’s I have ever worked with - more ... even contracted ST and MSW were fantastic.

Learning curve is difficult , good is not good enough , sometimes it has to be perfect documentation. At least that’s how office staff makes you feel. Constantly comparing you to other employees an ... - less
