Departments are easily looked over. Management of the Resort is awful but individual department management varies. Activities department is not given the time of day, but is essential to the resort. Good for high school students, so-so job

The resort is great for high school students who need extra cash, but other than that I would not work here. Managers are very unmotivated and not very good leaders. Management will talk badly about employees to other employees, aka bad company culture. There IS and "i" in TEAM here, no team mentality. It's disappointing to see the resort's potential - more...
