The company is undergoing a lot of changes. All of the managers on the HICC were terminated and replaced, then some of the new managers were terminated. Many of the older experienced employees have left and the managers running the HICC and from med/surg background with no experience with hospice philosophy. Seems to be a lot of favoritism and little appreciation to the employees. Turnover is increasing and a lot of the experienced employees have left. They do not seem to have a clear focus on what customers they want to serve, The managers do not accept suggestions from the employees. The culture of the company seems to be good but the management on the HICC have their own culture and it is not so good. The culture on the HICC has deteriorated from 3 years ago and seems to only continue to decline.
