Hospice Care Plus Careers and Employment

About us
Hospice Care Plus is a non-profit, community-based organization. We have received multiple awards for high rates of patient and family satisfaction, the most recent of which is the Hospice Honors Award. We serve six counties in central and eastern Kentucky. We pride ourselves on compassionate, expert care, honoring the life, dignity, and autonomy of – more... our patients, with a focus on making each day the best it can be. We were founded in 1981 by the community and continue to enjoy the support of the communities we serve through financial gifts and the time and talents of over 100 volunteers.

Our employees work with an incredible staff (100 FT, PT, and flex employees), over 100 remarkable volunteers, and one tremendous therapy dog, Joy!

To meet the needs of our communities, we offer these programs:

• Hospice Home Care: hospice care provided in the home, nursing home, or assisted living facility

• Compassionate Care Center: inpatient hospice care at our freestanding facility

• Bereavement Outreach: grief support for families as they receive hospice care and for one year after hospice services are completed

• Palliative Care Plus: a home-based consult service for patients with a chronic, progressive illness

Great Time-off benefits, decent insurance.
