I need a new job

The only benefit of working here is that as long as the cash drawers are not short and guests are checking in, management doesn't care. People do whatever they want, there's no accountability for anything, and if you complain, you either are retaliated against, or fired. Favoritism runs rampant throughout the hostel, sad to say, and there are individuals working here whose behavior is antithetical...

Great company, ethical objectives, fun, bad neighborhood, low pay

I love this company, it was fun to work for and the management is supportive and helpful. However, it is in a bad neighborhood. I am leaving because it was a job to help me finish school but is not in the field I wish to work in and does not pay well enough.
