The interview process consisted of the manager going over a booklet with me along with two other new employees to make sure we understood how to approach the customers, what to say, what not to say, how to say it, how the company gets ideas for new products, and how to get customers to buy more products. He also went over various scenarios that could happen in the workplace and the proper way to handle those situations.

I showed up in the store, the manager asked questions where the register was infront of everyone, the interview only lasted about 10 minutes and a few days after they called and said I got the job.
