Small luxury boutique but mighty!
Rooms (Current Employee) –  550 Geary Street, San FranciscoNovember 3, 2017
Service at this hotel was unbelievably spectacular. It's definitely sharpened my skills as a front of the house employee. The culture of all team members was extremely warm and loving. I've never worked somewhere where I felt like I played a major role or felt really appreciated. This place is hard to leave even if other hotels pay more. The way employees get treated is hard to find!
Pros
Friendly culture, caring management, team members work together
Cons
No lunch, and can get pretty warm in the hotel when it's hot outside

Supervisor/Food Server (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CAMarch 1, 2017
The Hotel Adagio is a boutique hotel. It has a 170 rooms and the breakfast area only has 17 tables so when all those rooms want to come to breakfast, that place is moving. As a server you are required to serve the table, run the food and bus your own tables. There is not a moment for rest but you make great money doing the job. The shift starts at 5:30am and ends around 11:30am.

Other than the fact that many front line staff called off A LOT, and other team members had to cover for them, it was a great place to work.
Cons
