It was a good place to work but it could have been improved by compensating more competitively. Otherwise it had a pretty positive team environment. The company also promoted/ offered new opportunities internally so there were chances for advancement in the company.

to much managment leaving company with zero to no training for employees , no growth and hard to getva review. very difficult place to work at when yu dont get lunch breaks.

Attention to guest needs and requests.

Started the day by reviewing Check-in and Check-outs for the day. Assisted guests with ride service, carried luggage, and basically did whatever needed to be done. It was a great place to work and learned a lot about anticipating what guests might require.
