Money. That's what it is.
Environment: extremely negative and expectant.
Culture: MONEY comes first for the management. Not the service, not the huge issues needing attention (I.e. Mold, ants...etc.) Be expected to SELL their rooms as if the rooms are a Hilton Mansion with gold flooring and copper walls.
INSTEAD: let's just say unacceptable treatment, impossible expectations and ripping off the hotel guests.
Very focused on one thing; getting the highest amount for the rooms.
