Great place!
Student Aide (Former Employee) –  Joppa, MDJune 30, 2016
Management really works with staff members to create the best work environment and team. The shifts that are offered are usually 2.5 to 3 hours at a time. I would not work here if you are looking for a career. Job is more for someone who does not need to pay bills or does not have a family to support.

I learned new skills to run a business
Director (Former Employee) –  Dundalk, MDAugust 9, 2013
Communication between the main director and the school age directors was poor. There was no means to be promoted advertised to School-Age Directors. The biggest benefit was working closely with the students and families as well as the educators in the school.
I supervised and trained staff. I worked with parents on payment programs to make the service affordable putting both the parents and the company in a win win situation,
Pros
Administration position and learning duties beyond the classroom.
Cons
No chance of promotions
