Being a former employee I was offered an bette position to grow being that Methodist has longevity in most position and there is no room to grow. I probably won't have left some of the best work yrs of my life I always come to visit my family the ones that left.

Unsafe nursing practice, not keeping update on required continued educations, HIPPA violations, Joint Commission violations, Not up to date with National Patient Safety Goals, also not practicing with ethics or according to the American Nursing Association Standards
