If I was in charge I would promote a no tolerance for harassment, bullying and threatening environment. I would encourage positive attitudes with well trained staff to help mentor on coming nurses. I would help encourage a unit to be a positive area for learning. I would help implement ways to have all employees bring their ideas for a more positive unit and to help with ideas on how to make a high census area, follow much easier for the staff and make it a safe environment for the patient. Safety for the patient is number 1 always. I would like to have kind, intellegent, respectful staff for our patients using our facility.
