Howard County is a great place to work. The workplace environment is safe, accommodating and supportive. A typical day included meetings, field visitations and office work. The same workplace culture appears to be consistent throughout Howard County.
Would be better if work was distributed more fairly. Some employees seem to have absolutely nothing to do while others don't have time for their lunch breaks. Management does not seem to care about this imbalance.
