I worked for Howard University for thirty eight years. It was a good working environment. Thompson Hospitality took over 01/2015,this is when I started working for Thompson. This was the company's first maintenance contract .Every other month a CEO was leaving or coming , my job ended on 10/27/2017.

Make sure you have strong work ethic, and patience. I would, also, encourage a journal to document tasks, accomplishments, meetings, good, bad and anything you feel should be documented. Working for HU is very unorganized and frustrating when you've come from a company that is organized and who TRULY follows their own CURRENT (updated) polices. Please be wise in your decision.
