My experience of HRM as employers in general was appalling to say the least.

HR and management were rude, disrespectful and alienating.

Had to pay for my PVG, uniform ( which was 25-30 pounds on top of the PVG and travel costs to the head office) and were unpaid for training

Also did not offer reimbursement for travel expenses whilst training - more ...

No accommodating for other work commitments. Constant split shifts and would not accommodate other work commitments.

Minimum wage. 80 pounds out of pocket (excluding travel costs) for a job which paid at the time was 6.31 an hour.
