Some leaders start with a phone screening, and then bring the top candidates in for an in-person interview. Interviews may be with just the manager, or with a team of colleagues. Depending on the level of the position, there may be multiple interviews. For nearly every position, each candidate will take a survey/assessment before the first interview that will help us develop some behavioral-based interview questions based upon your scores.

HSHS has a PTO bank, rather than separating out vacation, sick, personal, and holiday pay. As a brand new, hourly colleague, 40 hour/week colleague, you earn 23 days in your first year. You start accruing as soon as you start working. Leaders and Providers have a higher accrual rate.
