Performance reviews occur at a minimum once a year. Raises are calculated based on an individual’s performance rating as well as their ability to embody our company values.

We offer PTO time instead of vacation time for support roles. PTO can be used for vacation, sick time, doctor appointments, etc. A new hire’s PTO is prorated for the first year, dependent on their start date. A new hire can receive up to 104 PTO hours or 13 days a year.

HSM does have a no-fault attendance policy. A record is kept of each employee’s absences during the year, and those workers who exceed the allowable level of absences are subject to disciplinary action. Details will be discussed with your manager or Human Resources upon hire.
