KPI's are are not realistic. Team chats is what keep you going. Sales reps are not valued how they should be. Stop the micromanaging. Take the sales rep suggestions on how the calls should be handle since we are the one's on the phone dealing with the customer's and watch the business grow much faster.
ProsAbility to take convenience leave during your shift, ability to trade your shifts at your leisure, unlimited OT when it's available, great coworkers and great supers if you luck up to keep a good one
ConsToo much micromanaging, too much customer is right even when wrong, not enough standing by the sales rep when it comes to cust complaints, upsell program is not fair and can result in you loosing your job
