The pay rate structure has favoritism just like every other aspect throughout the store. Some team members been working for 10+ years only make a couple cents more than some who been there for 3-5 years if they previously worked with the store manager or friend of a friend with store manager.

Treat everyone equally. Don't let some ppl break the rules and others get wrote up for the same thing. Consistent with the hours. The leads should be more patient with new employees because some ppl learn slower than others.
