The interview process is in person, it is very formal and very professional. They are more serious about what you know already of human behavior how to deal with combative people or patients.
Security guards conducting themselves in a undignified manner, supervisors concentrating more on making friends rather than maintaining objectivity and integrity, managers more impressed with themselves and their positions and concentrating on not having to do much more then they have to.
I would recommend my friends to start working in HSS if there is a vacant post for them, they can promote soon and well learn and expand their knowledge of understanding about the business and life.
