Let's clarify this at Hubbell only salaried workers have 401k that matches up to 6%. The hourly workers only get $200 a year is what Hubbell Power System give their hourly employees yearly. This is why I say it's not a good place to retire from sure if you're in management or have a position that allows you to be a salaried worker then sure you can retire from there but no everyone that said yes it match and it's decent and yes they do there all salaried workers ask a hourly worker about the benefits in Aiken South Carolina. All this is unacceptable and it's like Management in Aiken looks out for their self and everyone is loading their pockets in management it's like forget the hourly workers were thinking about us our future in management that's just how it is Cutthroat deal.

Poor, poor, poor. The Union is snuffing the fire out of Hubbell's cigarette at Centralia. The Union gets sued by unhappy former employee's and can only take so much loss until they have to fight for worthless employee's. Especially ones who have brought lawsuits against them in the past. It is not the Union's fault that they've been forced into what they have become, but it's disgraceful that they still fight tooth and nail against the company as if they are making a positive, prideful difference to the bottom-line. When in fact, they are tugging one way and the company is having to pull their own weight, the union's, and the fast pace of business in the constantly improving world around them. This system is a joke and the Union is too busy having a laugh about who they gave a hard time too to notice what actual place they now occupy in the moral world.
