Hudl is a product and service of Agile Sports Technologies, Inc. - a Lincoln, Nebraska based company providing tools for coaches and athletes to review game footage to improve team play. Their initial product line served college and professional football teams; today the company provides video services to high school football teams as well as other sports including soccer, basketball, volleyball and lacrosse.Founded in 2006, the company is based in Lincoln's historic Haymarket District.

The atmosphere and culture was great. The management and CEO really puts importance on company values. As an intern in school and other activities, I felt like my schedule was respected and they were willing to be super flexible. The free food, games and sports was a big bonus.
When I first started working at Hudl, I emphasized having great communication with your manager and co-workers. My manager at Hudl is really bad, I was told I’m doing great one day by my manager and then I would hear from someone else that I wasn’t. Not once did my manager come to me and tell me the things I need to work on. Hudl “core values” are an absolute joke. Not once has someone offer to help me progress as a young professional or try to help with some of things that I am struggling with. Hudl offers good benefits but that’s about it. I don’t recommend working here at all. Yes the staff is younger but many cons come with that. There are some really good managers at Hudl but mine is terrible. Do not recommend Hudl at all. They act like they are “for the people” but they are not.
Support gets paid too little for too much work. Every other dept uses us to do the dirty work that they don't want to complete on their own. Support is looked down upon by other departments because we're (mostly) a bunch of new grads who don't make as much as everyone else at Hudl. Without the high-quality support that is expected of us, the company would literally fall apart. Support is taught to always cater to the users which has, in turn, spoiled them/not allowing the coaches to learn for themselves because we will always solve their issues for them without question. The Support management team is great, but their hands are tied from upper management in terms of business decisions.
Working with the team at Hudl was great! The workplace culture was supportive, fun-loving, and positive. I would absolutely go back to work for Hudl!
Great atmosphere. Free food. You can watch sports all day. The people are amazing. They could communicate things with you more before just throwing them at you.
