The work environment is great, you do your work and you can talk to each other at breaks, sometime a job I'm doing goes to a fellow employee who maybe flatten ,so there parts are coming from me and so forth. we work together like that no one is rushed and there is a night shift. so all the work isn't just on one person. Hudson wants quality.
I love working there, the staff is very nice if you carry yourself the same way,all those people who wrote bad reviews already had their minds made up after certain things didn't go their way. you put in that job what your capable of . This company doesn't force anyone to do any more than they can, they will move you to something your comfortable with. there is too many jobs ,that they cant all be done in a day, because of all the steps the metals have to go through,so basically everyone has a say in it to a certain point.you are always involved in some of those steps ,I make it a point to ask question so I can understand better what and why this metal has to be this way.dont sit back and look at this company as any other ,they don't mind if you are interested in company, its called being a team player and I may not always like my teammates, but I will help get the job done.
Terrible.No respect for employees.
