3. Onsite interview with the hiring manager and 3-4 people that your role will be collaborating with daily.
There is a shift bid that occurs about every 5-6 months. Most recently, we found out our "ranking," (which we are NEVER given a clear explanation as to WHY we were assigned that specific number.) Then we bid and about a month a week later it takes effect. Lame af tbh.
All Viewer Experience roles have moved to San Antonio. The Corporate Headquarters is in Santa Monica where our Recruitment, Marketing, Accounting and IT positions are based. Ad Sales is in NYC and Santa Monica offices and and Technology and Product are split between Seattle and Santa Monica.
